about the committee
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is the United Nations lead agency on International development. The framework of every country is built on systems that constantly encourage development, like policies, laws, and infrastructure. The UNDP acts as a monitor, making sure that every country is constantly pursuing betterment in all fields. Thus, it helps countries meet development goals like eradicating poverty and hunger, building better social infrastructure and achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which have been set by the UNDP.
By being part of this committee, delegates will conduct discussions that hold power to better the world, either by targeting specific crises or formulating overarching solutions to better global development.
