From social media to event promotions, making sure communication stays clear, fun, and engaging while keeping everyone connected, this committee does it all.
Sanaya Ahuja

Meet Sanaya Ahuja, Head of Public Relations. She is a dedicated and dynamic Head of the team who enjoys reading, dancing, and sketching. She is known for her leadership, creativity, and responsibility. Passionate about teamwork, innovation, and personal growth, she inspires those around her. Her achievements include leading successful projects and earning recognition for her work. Sanaya strives to guide her team toward excellence and shared success.

Akshara Shah
Meet Akshara Shah, member of the Public Relations team. She leads the strategic voice and visibility of AWS, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across platforms. From crafting impactful messaging to managing audience engagement, she brings precision and creativity to every aspect of PR. With a keen eye for detail—down to fonts and visual aesthetics- Akshara ensures that AWS is not only seen, but remembered.
Jui Shah
Meet Jui Shah, member of the Public Relations team. Someone who is always drawn to the details others miss, the kind of eye that a photographer has. When she’s not behind a lens, she’s painting, probably with music too loud in the background. She has a natural flair for creative direction and a quietly fierce sense of organisation that keeps everything running smoother than it looks. She always knows exactly what needs to be said, how it needs to look and when it needs to happen.
Jiyaa Patel
Meet Jiyaa Patel, member of the Public Relations team. She plays table tennis at a regional level and has a deep interest in music, particularly the guitar. She combines the discipline from sports with a strong sense for communication and storytelling. With experience managing outreach and content, she focuses on clear messaging, timely updates, and building consistent engagement. She’s here to ensure our work reaches the right people, in the right way.
Siddhi Shah
Meet Siddhi Shah, member of the Public Relations team. A two-time national gold medalist in artistic yoga, she brings creativity, confidence, and a sharp eye for design to everything she does. Known for being a perfectionist with a slightly chaotic streak, Siddhi thrives in fast-paced environments. Whether she’s crafting visuals or communicating ideas, she’s always ready to add energy and maybe a little humor to the mix.
Avani Varma
Meet Avani Verma, a member of the Public Relations team. She enjoys chai, cinema, and cats, and she is a passionate conversationalist. With a keen interest in strawberries and current events, she welcomes a debate on any subject. Avani is committed to ensuring her work is completed thoroughly, regardless of the necessary steps. Having previously served as a Vice Chair and Moderator for Model United Nations, she still enjoys participating as a delegate and engaging in debate, ensuring every experience is productive and enjoyable.
Yewa Gopalani
Meet Yewa Gopalani, member of the Public Relations team. Actively involved in diverse extracurriculars, she enjoys contributing at every stage and thrives in collaborative spaces. With a deep passion for music, she is currently pursuing her Grade 7 in Western Vocal from Trinity College London and training for her Indian Vocal Visharad certification. She also spends time on the basketball court alongside other sports and volunteers to teach underprivileged children in her free time. Known for her strong opinions, she expresses them with clarity and confidence.
Swastik Bansal
Meet Swastik Bansal, member of the Public Relations team. He is highly approachable and values open, constructive communication. Known for fostering a supportive and positive environment, he manages PR responsibilities with efficiency- resolving challenges, coordinating efforts, and ensuring smooth operations. Composed under pressure, he brings clarity to demanding situations. Beyond PR, his passion for music, including singing and composition, strengthens his creativity and ability to build meaningful connections.
Alaaya Furniturewala
Meet Alaaya Furniturewala, part of the PR team. Known for her creativity and energy, she has been dancing since the age of six, bringing discipline and confidence into everything she does. A sports enthusiast and basketball regionals winner, she thrives in team environments. With a keen interest in video editing and content creation, she’s here to keep things engaging, handle promotions smoothly, and add her own flair to the AWS experience.
