Meet Param Shah, Chair of UNDP. Param is a sharp thinker who approaches the world with an analytical lens and a drive for excellence. Deeply interested in the complexities of global politics and finance, he possesses a natural curiosity for how money and power shape the modern landscape. He is a perfectionist at heart, known for his relentless work ethic and his commitment to completing every task with absolute precision and care. Apart from this, he enjoys binge-watching movies and TV shows and is a huge suits fan. He’s also fascinated by history and loves learning more about it.

Meet Vivaanshi Nandu Vice Chair of UNDP Sr. Vivaanshi is passionate about drawing, editing, and design, and she enjoys expressing ideas visually and innovatively. Alongside excelling in academics, she has won multiple competitions. Her experience in the  student council has strengthened her leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills. She also likes to debate and will ensure that all delegates will have an amazing experience at AWS.

Meet Pia Upadhye, Moderateur of UNDP Sr. With a strong interest in graphic and product design and a creative eye for detail, she pairs curiosity with a foundation in science. Having navigated MUNs from all aspects, ranging from delegate to executive board and even the organised chaos behind the scenes in logistics, she brings a sharp grasp of committee dynamics. A Royal Commonwealth Essay Gold winner and former blog head, she values clarity, enthusiasm, and purposeful discussion. You can always find her doodling in the margins of her notebook, reading in quiet corners, or exploring new places bringing that same curiosity into every space she steps into.

Sports have taught her resilience and teamwork, art has given her imagination and a unique voice. she argues to understand, to challenge perspectives, and to push conversations forward.
